Everything Bagels, Lox Cream Cheese, and More: Flavors at Bagels R Us

Here at Bagels R Us, our bagels are made fresh every single day. We offer a variety of flavors, ranging from classic to unique. We want to offer everyday favorites, as well as bagels and cream cheeses that you cannot find anywhere else.

We also offer a variety of breakfast and lunch sandwiches, in addition to our signature Bagel Melts, which are like an adult-sized pizza bagel.

In this blog post, we will cover all of our bagel and cream cheese flavors, as well as our popular sandwiches.

Bagel Flavors

We make our bagels from scratch every single day at Bagels R Us. Everything is fully made in-house; we even mix our own seasoning for the everything bagels. To learn more about our bagel-making process, you can read about it here.

Classic flavors include plain, cinnamon raisin, sesame, salt, blueberry, and everything bagels.

Our more unique flavors include egg, garlic, cheddar, asiago, and cinnamon crunch.

We also have seasonal flavors that occasionally make it to our year-round menu. Our jalapeño cheddar bagel was originally for Labor Day Weekend, but it received so much positive feedback and popularity that we kept it on our permanent menu.

We do have seasonal flavors that we bring back annually, and often add new flavors to the rotation. Every October, we roll out pumpkin bagels. In December, we have gingerbread bagels.

Our current seasonal offering is rosemary Parmesan, which is a light yet savory bagel.

Our Cream Cheeses

Just like our bagels are made from scratch, we also create our own cream cheeses.

Classic flavors include plain, veggie, and strawberry,

Our more unique flavors include scallion, bacon and cheddar, jalapeño, garlic and herb, pimento olive, apple cinnamon, raisin walnut, and lox cream cheese.

Our most popular seasonal flavors are Funfetti, which we serve during the Fourth of July, pumpkin, which is served during the month of October, and peppermint bark, which is served during the month of December.

Bagel Sandwiches

We serve breakfast and lunch sandwiches at Bagels R Us. Even though our menu divides breakfast and lunch sandwiches, both options are served all day long.

The most popular and well-known sandwich is the lox, which includes your choice of cream cheese (you can even add lox cream cheese for extra protein!), tomatoes, onions, and capers.

We also have egg sandwiches that are made with fresh eggs; we do not use pre-scrambled or bagged eggs here.

For lunch, we have Reubens, pastrami, and chicken salad on our menu.

Our signature item is a bagel melt, which can be made in many different ways. We take an open-faced bagel and add a thin layer of cream cheese. You then pick between tomatoes and/or a protein of your choice, and then we add provolone on top and toast it.

Pictured above is our Tomato Bacon Bagel Melt, but you can order yours with ham, sausage, or even tuna!

Bagels R Us now has six locations in Northeast Florida. Four of our locations are in Jacksonville and Jacksonville Beach, and we now have a location in St Johns and Yulee.
